Sharon D. Brown, LCSW is the Founder of Self-Care U Academy. She is a Self-Carepreneur, Wellness Educator and Financial Freedom Crusader. Life's journey led her to the path of healing, self-care and who she is beyond her profession. Through personal and professional distress, she noticed self-care is not honored and integrated in the workplace which often leads to stress, burnout and disEASE.
She advocates for self-care, mental wellness and wealthy habits with wholistic practices.
