  • Challenges - Embrace challenges through 100 repetitions of squats, jumping jacks, or three intense activities lasting 5 minutes each. This segment, aptly named '555,' pushes boundaries and builds inner strength.

  • Focus Amid Distractions -Train your mind to stay focused despite distractions. Whether it's concentration on an object or activity, this component hones the ability to maintain concentration in the face of life's disruptions.
