Multimedia Waiver

By registering, making payment and checking agree, you acknowledge and
understand that participating in this Event may involve physical
activities, meditation, and other practices that may carry inherent
risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress,
or other harm. you voluntarily assume all such risks.

You
release and forever discharge Self-Care U Academy, its employees,
representatives, volunteers, and partners from any liability, claims,
demands, or actions for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful
death arising from participation in event/membership.

You
consent to the use of your name, image, or likeness in photographs,
videos, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes by
Self-Care U Academy and its associates.
